Who am I?
My curiosity is what keeps me going! I love to understand the psychology behind how and why people make decisions. My sales and entrepreneurial background have afforded me the business management knowledge and the ability to tap into the psychology of users and understand their mindset.
My strong foundation in human psychology comes from working with various teams over the years. From the beginning of my career, I valued companies who offer constant learning and growth opportunities. I started off in sales for Xerox followed by Siemens, in which both companies offered extensive training in a variety of courses in sales and communication which taught me how to build trust and empathy with my customers.
Starting my business in customer service then gave me a different perspective in how to balance business and customer needs. While the bottom line is always important, I was able to improve communication and understanding with customers by being curious and asking questions to gain deeper insight to their needs. My creativity stems from making jewelry as a child and grew as I began to develop business strategies and marketing plans to grow my business.
Working and living internationally has given me the ability to understand and work effectively with a wide range of people. I collaborate well with teams and my empathetic approach allows me to understand various perspectives to help inform the best user experience.
I am resilient and embrace whatever comes my way. I value wisdom, honesty and authenticity. When I’m not working you will find me out with nature or doing yoga to connect with myself and re-energize. I also enjoy snowboarding, traveling and spending time with my friends which fulfils my adventurous side.
